Should you decide to return a product, please notify us via our Contact page as to why the merchandise is being returned.
When contacting us via email for requesting a return / exchange or refund; please give a brief explanation for the return / exchange or refund. Also, please include a valid phone number and email address (if different from one received) that you can be reached at in the event we need to contact you for more detailed information.
On refunds, you will be refunded the price of the product less shipping and either our restocking fee* or our discard cost**. You are responsible for paying any/all-shipping costs to return the product to us.
For replacements, exchanges, and refunds prior to shipping; we will issue a product return authorization code that must be included in the package / box with any items returned for action.
All used products as well as those that have exceeded the 15-day (from shipped date) time period are not covered by this return policy.
While ensuring the poly package the merchandise was originally shipped in is optional; it is strongly recommended.
Ursausa.com. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged returned package(s).
* Discard and restocking fee is based on the condition of the returned item, a Restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the full retail cost of the returned item.
Damaged Products – If the product is received damaged during the shipping process, please contact us via our contact page and notify us of the damage and the condition of merchandise received and desired action (if any). Once we’re contacted and verified the damage and customer intent; we will issue a return shipping label for the return of merchandise. Once received, we will then send a replacement product to you at no additional charge.
